Returns Policy
- Return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, our packaging with tags attached.

Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
- Customers pay return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping, duties, or taxes.
- Applies only to purchases from the Hammill & Co website.
To return an item, include:
- Name and Order Number
- Email and phone number
- Reason for return

Exchange advice Due to fast sell-outs, we recommend buying the desired item/size online and returning the original for refund or credit.
Faulty items Email alex@cathammill.com.au with your order number and photo
- We will arrange free return shipping for refund or replacement.
- Faulty claims accepted within 6 months only.
- Damage from normal wear, accident, or misuse is not covered.

Once received, a refund will applied to your original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within 2-3 business days.
