SHIPPING
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post using Shippit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Shippit including a tracking number link to keep you up to date on the whereabouts of your order.
All orders are processed daily at our Melbourne Head Office. Our team work hard to make sure that your orders are sent out as soon as possible.
Order cancellations or changes after checking out are not able to be accepted due to our quick fulfillment process. As soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins.
Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time. Unfortunately Hammill & Co can't be held accountable for this.
The address that is stated on the order will be the one that we send it to so please ensure this is correct.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
New Zealand
All orders are sent Australia Post Express with tracking (estimated delivery time is up to 7 working days) and are charged at a flat rate of $25.00
We also ship with DHL for an additional charge, generally orders are delivered within 5 working days. Please contact us if you would like a quote on your shipment.
USA
All orders are sent Australia Post with tracking (estimated delivery time is 6-10 working days) and are charged at a flat rate of $25.00
REST OF THE WORLD
All orders are sent Australia Post with tracking (estimated delivery time is up to 20 working days) and are charged at a flat rate of $25.00
