Express Post Satchel  $13.20(Within Australia)

This service can take 1-2 business days for Capital cities (sometimes longer for regional areas). Lost packages will be subject to Australia Post investigation that can take up to an additional 10 business days. It is best to supply an address that you will be present at within business hours.

Standard Australia post $ 8.00 AUD (Within Australia)

Parcels are sent via Australia Post. Arrival times can vary greatly depending on your location. Generally items will arrive within 2-5 days, but can take up to 10 business days for regional areas.

The address that is stated on the order will be the one that we send it to, so please ensure this is correct.

All orders are processed between 10am and 2pm Mon to Thursday.

International orders:

All other countries are sent Australia Post with no tracking (estimated delivery time is 5 to 20 working days) and are charged at a flat rate of $20.00

We also ship with DHL for an additional charge, generally orders are delivered within 10 working days. Please contact us if you would like a quote on your shipment.

All faulty jewellery bought through our website can be returned after 30 days of purchase and a replacement will be sent.

If your order is not suitable, we will exchange or credit within 7 days but it needs to be in the original packaging and not worn.

Some styles may slightly differ from pictures on the internet, as all sets and necklaces are hand assembled and part of our charm is each piece has a identity of it’s own.
